<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[The novel UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) ground station with advanced control capabilities such as immersive display, intelligent assistance, and naturalized human-computer interaction has become a hot research topic in the field of UAV control. To analyze the technical aspects, the functional points and designs concepts of a series of advanced ground stations for UAVs at home and abroad were systematically compared. The technical system composition from the OODA (observe, orient, decide and act) loop of UAV ground station command and control were summarized and refined. The key techniques such as task environment construction, battlefield situation immersive display, intelligent assisted decision and naturalized human-computer interaction were analyzed and pointed out. The main research methods of various techniques were deeply analyzed, and the current challenges and future development trends of UAV advanced ground stations were also studied and judged. In addition, it provides guidance and reference for the development of novel ground stations.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[VINS (visual-inertial navigation systems) solve a series of parameters required for state estimation through initialization, such as scale, gravity vector, velocity, inertial measurement unit′s bias, etc., to improve the accuracy of navigation positioning and environmental perception of the system. The initialization methods of VINS can be divided into three categories according to the sensing information fusing mode:joint initialization, disjoint initialization and semi-joint initialization. Based on the existing research work, the current mainstream initialization methods of VINS were reviewed from four aspects:basic theory, development and classification, existing methods, performance evaluation, and the future development trends were summarized, which is helpful to have a general understanding of VINS initialization methods and grasp its development direction.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[For the tracking performance problem of hypersonic vehicle with actuator constraints of amplitude and rate, a prescribed performance control scheme based on constrained command filter was proposed. In order to improve the transient and steady state performance of the system, a prescribed performance backstepping controller was designed. And a new performance function was designed to reduce the tracking error overshot. A command filter was introduced to solve the problem of difficult derivation in the design of backstepping controller. For the problem of limited input, a constrained command filter was constructed to constrain the control law of the system, which guaranteed that the control input meet the limit requirements of amplitude and rate, and the corresponding theoretical proof was carried out. In addition, the linear extended state observer was used to observe and compensate the system parameter uncertainties and external disturbances. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, it was proved that all tracking errors of the system are ultimately uniformly bounded. The effectiveness of the proposed method was verified by simulation.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[In order to solve the problem that the capacity of line transformer in AC power network interconnected by conventional bus switch can not be utilized reasonably, a coordinated control strategy for active power of AC power grid on both sides was proposed, which relies on a new type of high-power flexible interconnection equipment composed of back-to-back voltage source converter. The topological structure and basic control principle of the flexible interconnection equipment were introduced, and a method of generating active power reference was developed to realize the reasonable capacity of the transformers on both sides of the line. Moreover, a simulation example was built based on PSCAD/EMTDC to verify the basic control of the flexible interconnection equipment and the proposed coordinated control method of active power cooperation. Simulation results show that when the flexible interconnection equipment adopts the proposed method, the cooperation of active power of AC lines on both sides can be realized, and the problem that the capacity of line transformer can not be allocated reasonably is solved.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[Aiming at the problem that the traditional hybrid fuzzy test promotion technology focuses more on the use of multiple dynamic and static analysis methods to assist and ignores the performance of concolic execution, a hybrid fuzzing balance-point model was proposed. Based on the model, the popular concolic execution tools were analyzed, including taint-assist fuzzing, hybrid fuzzing and concolic execution, and 6 symbol execution schemes were summarized. Based on the hybrid symbol execution engine Triton, 6 symbol execution schemes were reproduced, and tested and evaluated through 10 typical real programs. Performance comparison and impact factor analysis of each scheme were conducted from three dimensions of efficiency, memory consumption and coverage. Experiment results show that all of the optimization patterns can basically reduce the unnecessary constraints and thus reduce time and space consumption. However, the reduction of constraints can cause information loss and lead to coverage decrease. Based on the analysis of experimental data, the performance sequence of an optimization scheme was proposed, and three optimization schemes for different test requirements were proposed.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[Crowd profiling of massive transit data is valuable for analyzing the travel characteristics and traffic trends of urban groups, but the processing of the data is time-consuming, low-quality and difficult to interpret. A systematic solution for crowd profiling of massive public transport data was proposed. Based on the PageRank algorithm, the trajectories of people passing through important stations were filtered out, which greatly reduced the trajectory data of the target population. A textual analysis method for trajectories was proposed to improve the interpretability of crowd profiling. And the <i>K</i>-means algorithm based on cosine distance as the clustering algorithm for crowd profiling was analysed and determined. The experiments on 30 million passengers′ transit data show that the proposed algorithm can solve the problem of crowd profiling in massive transit data in a more systematic way, while the <i>K</i>-means algorithm based on cosine distance has the best clustering effect and the accuracy rate is about 80%. The crowd profiling and its trajectory were visually displayed by using Flow Map, and the results are consistent with real-world crowd behavioural characteristics.]]></description>

The intelligent decision algorithm of fire-fighting system damage isolation and reconstruction based on combat damage employment was put forward. And the intelligent monitoring system for fire-fighting was developed. Results of case comparison calculation and system inspection show that the intelligent decision-making algorithm and intelligent monitoring system can effectively improve the speed and accuracy of analysis and decision-making and significantly improve the efficiency of command and control, which provides effective support for the water fire fighting system under combat damage condition.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[Aiming at the problems of high random fluctuation of urban traffic flow and high noise in data, which leads to the decline of prediction accuracy, a combined traffic flow prediction model based on EEMD (ensemble empirical mode decomposition) and BiGRU (bidirectional gated recurrent unit) was proposed, which can effectively improve the accuracy of short-term traffic flow prediction. EEMD algorithm was used to decompose the original data, and the noise energy map was drawn according to the IMF(intrinsic mode function) component to remove the noise in the component. The denoised IMF components were trained as the input of BiGRU network. And the results of training were reconstructed and added to obtain the final prediction result. The experimental results show that,compared with the EMD+LSTM model, LSTM model and EEMD+LSTM model proposed in references, the mean absolute percentage errors are improved by 42.36%, 61.82% and 30.95% when the IMF components containing noise are not abandoned during reconstruction; after abandoning the IMF component containing noise, the mean absolute percentage error is improved by 56.62% compared with the reconstruction of all IMF components.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[Swarms of maritime USV(unmanned surface vehicle), as a core technology driving the development of marine intelligence, demonstrate significant application value in military reconnaissance, environmental monitoring, maritime search and rescue, and related fields. However, the inherent characteristics of the marine environment, including highly dynamic conditions, environmental uncertainties, and communication constraints, pose formidable challenges to achieving high-performance swarm control in maritime USV. To address these challenges, recent research advances in this field were systematically reviewed. The characteristics of the marine environment were described, the domestic and international developments in USV were summarized, and the core control requirements and key challenges in complex marine scenarios were analyzed. Furthermore, a comprehensive survey of three representative swarm control methodologies was presented: trajectory-based guidance control, path-based guidance control, and target-based guidance control. Finally, promising research directions and future development trends in maritime USV swarm control are discussed and proposed.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[Due to the limitations of human intelligence and artificial intelligence, developing hybrid augmented intelligence based on human-machine collaboration is one of the main research directions for the new generation of artificial intelligence, and the design of collaborative control algorithms is the core issue in achieving such intelligence. Therefore, a review of the current research status of human-machine collaborative enhanced intelligent control systems was provided in this article. Based on the black box characteristics of human behavior, the human behavior modeling methods of human-in-the-loop control systems were systematically sorted out and the advantages, disadvantages, and applicability of various modeling methods were analyzed. For the implementation of human-machine collaborative augmented intelligent control, the control design methods of machines collaborating with humans under different control theory frameworks were elaborated in detail. The scalability of human-machine collaborative control technology in the field of multi-agent systems and the evaluation methods of hybrid intelligence in the human-machine collaborative control systems were investigated and discussed. In addition, the application scenarios of human-machine collaborative augmented intelligent control methods in medical, industrial, military and other fields were presented. The prospects for human-machine collaborative augmented intelligent control research with the support of new technologies such as large models and embodied learning were presented.]]></description>

Topology serves as the core of scalability-oriented interconnection network design. The design of topology must not only address macro-level requirements from applications and hardware-software systems, but also consider multiple constraints such as router chip port count, number of virtual channels, and packaging density. Significant topological structures from both academia and industry were systematically analyzed and summarized, and a detailed exposition of representative novel topologies was provided. The design challenges of adaptive routing in high-radix networks were examined, the performance and cost of typical topologies were compared, and recommendations for topology selection were discussed. Furthermore, it preliminarily explored future challenges and trends in topology design, including developing cost-effective network topologies tailored to the characteristics of intelligent computing applications, coordinating topology design with building power supply constraints, and integrating and co-designing intra-and inter-supernode network topologies.]]></description>

Among memory optimization technologies, recomputation and computational offloading reduce GPU memory overhead by trading time for space. The development trends of recomputation and computational offloading were analyzed in this article. Then, the hardware bandwidth bottlenecks and software ecosystem adaptation challenges faced by memory optimization were analyzed, with a focus on the heterogeneous architecture characteristics of domestic artificial intelligence platforms. It also delved into the memory optimization technologies for large model training on domestic platforms such as MT-3000, with the aim of providing technical references for large model training on domestic platforms.]]></description>

Big data knowledge fusion, which constructs a unified knowledge system by associating multi-source fragmented data, serves as a key support for enhancing knowledge completeness and improving cognitive intelligence. Based on basic paradigms and classic methods, the research status of three key links， knowledge representation learning, knowledge alignment matching, and knowledge conflict resolution， was systematically summarized. Meanwhile, new progress in the context of big data was deeply explored, covering frontier directions such as temporal knowledge fusion, cross-modal knowledge fusion, and large model knowledge fusion. Furthermore, future development trends were prospected, and potential research issues, including the fusion of symbolic and parametric knowledge as well as cross-modal temporal knowledge fusion, were highlighted. Through a panoramic review of basic links and emerging paradigms, important reference and guidance are provided for theoretical expansion and technological evolution in the field of big data knowledge fusion.]]></description>

<description xmlns:cf="http://www.microsoft.com/schemas/rss/core/2005" cf:type="html"><![CDATA[In the fields of intelligent manufacturing, aerospace, and robotics, control systems often operate under unknown dynamics. This significantly limits the effectiveness of traditional model-based control methods. RL(reinforcement learning), as a data-driven intelligent control approach, enables policy learning and optimization through interaction with the environment, showing great potential for solving optimal control problems in such model-unknown scenarios. This survey focuses on the issue of unknown dynamic models in continuous-time systems and reviews the development of general RL algorithms and their application in model-known scenarios through industrial examples and theoretical analysis methods. It also summarizes representative methods for model-unknown scenarios, such as model-based RL, off-policy integral RL, and Q-learning approaches. The survey introduces Lyapunov-based theoretical analysis tools and important assumptions. It discusses cutting-edge topics such as RL under partial observability using large language models, safe RL, and stability and robustness enhanced RL, while highlighting the challenges faced by existing methods.]]></description>
