| 这篇论文提出了一种分布式数据库的形式化描述表示，如何将分布式数据库的全局操作变为局部操作。这种形式化描述可以作为描述全局层与局部层操作转换的工具，也可以作为分布式程序语言的起点。从实用化角度来说，也可以作为一般的D-DBMS操作部分实现的设计工具。 |

| The thesis suggests a kind of forma1ism of distributed database operations to present how to change the general operations into the loca1 ones. This forma1ism can be used as a tool to describe the transformation between general level operations and local operations，and can a1so be used as the beginning of the distributed program 1anguage or a design tool to realize the operational part of a general D-DBMS. |
