摘要: |
文中研究了临界点间热处理对Welten-80p钢、20CrMnSi 钢及20CrMnSiNi2A 钢低温韧性的影响。结果表明:与常规热处理相比,临界点间淬火及回火钢的ak值提高了1~3倍,冷脆转变温度降低了54℃。临界点间热处理是提高结构钢低温韧性的有效措施。 |

Abstract: |
Effect of IHT on low-temperature toughness of welten-80P 20CrMnSi and 20CrMnSiNi2A has been investigated in this paper. The results show that the impact toughness of IHT is increased 1-3 times as high as that of the conventional Heat Treatmeat. The Fracture appearance transition teapeatwe (FATT) is decreased by at utmost 54℃. Therefore IHT is a measure of increasing low-temperature toughness. In this way it is possible to apply this technology to production. |
