本文简要综述了国内外活塞环理论研究及加工技术的发展状况,介绍了活塞环加工的一种新的方式和技术--活塞环非圆轮廓数控仿形加工系统的构成和工作原理, 详细论述了其伺服机构的设计,最后给出了实验结果。 |

Abstract: |
This paper summarises the developing situation of theoretic research and the technique of piston ring,and introduces a new method and technique for non-round piston ring contour NC machining and the construction and operating principle of this system. In this paper,the design of system's servomechanism is described. Finally,the results of the turning experiment are presented. |
