摘要: |
分析了用缓进给方法实现硬脆材料半塑性化磨削的机理, 提出了衡量半塑性化磨削效果的破碎率指标, 介绍了实验方法和实验结果, 对实验结果进行了分析比较。实验结果表明, 在普通磨床上可实现硬脆材料的半塑性化磨削, 采用缓进给磨削方法可以显著地提高半塑性化磨削的效果。 |

Abstract: |
In this paper, the semi-ductile regime grinding mechanism by creep feed method is analysed. A new fracture ratio is defined to measure the effect of semi-ductile regime grinding. The experimental method and the experimental equipment are presented. The experimental results are analysed and compared. The experimental results show that the semi-ductile regime grinding of hard-brittle material can be carried out in a universal grinding machine tool, and the grinding effect can be improved remarkably by the creep feed method. |
