针对分布式存储环境下显式差分方法的并行计算问题, 依据分布式存储多处理机的体系结构特点, 提出了一个重叠边界优化模型; 该模型目前已成功应用于中国科学院第三代海洋环流模式的分布式并行计算优化。 |

Abstract: |
An optimal overlapping boundaries model is presented, aiming at the explicit difference schemes on distributed memory parallel computing, in accordance with the architecture of distributed memory multiprocessors. This model has been successfully utilized in the optimization of distributed parallel computing of the third generation ocean general circulation model of the Chinese Academy of Science. |
