采用溶剂蒸发技术在硅槽内对自制的SiO2微球进行组装,获得了具有显著光子带隙特征的SiO2光子晶体线形阵列,与平坦表面生长的光子晶体相比,微球在微槽内的自组装行为受到了明显的限制作用。 |

Abstract: |
By using directive evaporation, linear arrays of opals are formed inside the microchannels on the flat Si wafer. The results show that the samples have photonic band gaps in the visible region. Compared with flat substrates, the microchannels have confining effect on the growth of opals to some extent. |
