Abstract: |
Bi-phenolic methane is synthesized by the reaction of phenol and formaldehyde solution in the presence of acid catalyst. Through orthogonal design experiments, the effective regularities of synthetic conditions on the yield rate and bi-nucleus ratio of bi-phenolic methane are discussed. The properties of bi-phenolic methane, such as molecular weight, melting point and bi-nucleus ratio are analyzed and their characteristics expounded. |
