结构参数对环型蒸汽引射器凝结流场的影响 |

摘要: |
建立了湿蒸汽凝结流动的理论模型,并利用经典实验结果对该模型进行了校验,验证了模型的准确性。在此基础上,对不同结构参数下环型引射流场内的水蒸气凝结流动过程进行了数值仿真。结果表明:适当地减小收敛比?、面积比α和增大二次喉道的长径比ι/d,可以提高总压恢复系数,改善引射器性能。 |

Abstract: |
The theoretical model for wet steam condensation flow was established. Furthermore, numerical simulation results with wet steam condensation flow model were coincident to the experimental data of C.A.Moses, which validated the credibility and accuracy of the model. Then, numerical simulation on condensation flow process was carried out under different configuration parameters. The results show that appropriately reducing the convergence ratio ?, area ratio and increasing the ι/d of secondary throat can increase the total pressure recovery coefficient,which improves the ejector performance. |
