本文介绍了磁悬浮控制技术的发展与应用情况。在建立系统动力学模型的基础上分析了隔振系统的基本特性,提出了应用加速度反馈来压低系统频带的方法。实验结果显示了该方案的有效性。 |

Abstract: |
This paper introduces the development and application of magnetic levitated control technology. On the basis of inferring the dynamic equations of the model,the characteristics of the magnetically levitated vibration isolation system are analyzed. A method for reducing the bandwidth of system by applying feedback of acceleration is introduced,and it is proved by the experiment that the theoretical analysis is effective. |
