    摘要:

    文中给出一种快速标定立方晶系单晶电子衍射谱的方法。立方晶系单晶电子衍射谱有两个重要特征,即: 1. 斑点呈矩形排列; 2. 矩形的两个邻边间具有确定的简单数学关系。 根据上述特点制成一表列于文后,用该表可以快速标定电子衍射花样,这种新方法比传统的方法简单。

    Abstract:

    A new method of rapidly signing single-crystal electron diffraction patterns in the cubic system has been described in this paper. There Are two important features of single-crystal electron diffraction patterns in the cubic system; 1.Rectangular arrangement of spots; 2.There is a mathematical relationship between the two adjacent edges of the rectangle. The value of the above mentioned features has been listed in a table at the end of this paper. The patterns can be signed rapidly by means of the above mentioned table. This new method is simpler than any other traditional ones.
