    摘要:

    为了将D6AC钢的强度提高到超高强度钢的水平,并使其保持适当的塑性和韧性,作者用正交试验法[L9 (34)]仅通过九次实验,用较少的原材料,在较短的时间内找出了临界点间热处理的较优工艺条件,即调质+795℃淬火+290℃回火,并对在此条件下可能达到的指标进行估算。结果表明;预估值与实测值相当接近。

    Abstract:

    In order to increase the strength of D6AC steel to the ultra-high strength steel level with adequate ductility and toughness,orthonormal testing method was used. Only nine experiments were made and the materials expended in this method are less than that of conventional method. Moreover,in a short time the better technological condition of I.H.T(Intercritical Heat Treatment)was found out. Prior-heat treatment (Ouenching and high tempering)+795℃ quenching+low tempering. The values of the mechanical properties which would be attained possibly were pre-estimated under such conditions. Results show that the difference between the values of pre-estimated values and those measured in the experiment is very litt1e.
