SE information base is the kernel of an integrated SE environment. This paper presents a graphical software process and product specification language，a framework for SE project support，and the actual efforts at implementing the graphical specification subsystem. From the formal specification of a given SE project，a customized SE information base can be generated，which truly reflects and benefits the SE project.
