    摘要:

    对自由曲面的立体视觉测量与加工一体化技术中的图像匹配、曲面造型以及接口设计等问题进行了分析与讨论,并提出了切实可行的解决办法。

    Abstract:

    The technology of measurement and machining of free surfaces is extensively applied to some industries,e. g. automotive industry and aircraft industry. The integration of measurement and machining is effective in automatization,and it is usually based on 3-D CMM. Stereo vision measurement has the advantage of low cost,high flexibility and having no touch with the measured objects. It has great potential for development. This paper makes analysis of some problems in the integration of stereo vision measurement and machining of free surfaces such as image matching,surface modeling and interface design,and presents the solution as well.
