The application of fuzzy set theories in the radar signal processing field is studied in this paper. Several new methods for radar signal detection，parameter estimation and radar target identification are proposed. The computer simulation results show that under the assumption of low signal-to-clutter ratio，the performance of these new methods is better than that of the conventional methods.
