In this paper，fuzziness that exists in the MADM and synthetic evaluation problems is discussed，and the ordering method of fuzzy number and its linear operation laws are introduced. Based on the ordering of fuzzy number，the author presented new models for MADM and synthetic evaluation，which can take the fuzziness into consideration.
