In this paper, the Linear Kernel TFR is proposed according to the AF of the sum of chirp and its delayed version. The method enables us to obtain high time and frequeney resolution while suppressing cross-term and minimizing the noise in the signal. Analytical and practical demonstrations have proved the validity and applicability of the proposed method.
