To reduce the labor intensity for the environmental and building workers and improve the efficiency, the new machine is built based on the working principles of the old helix conveyor. The helix slice is changed in to flex coupling from rigid coupling, and its hard tube is changed in to soft one. After experiments, a certain technological parameters have been chosen to improve coordination between the rigid helix slice and soft tube, and to realize helix conveyor mechanism. It can convey mortar when the conveyor is somewhat curved. The research is of certain practical value and social significance. Since the technique is not complicated, it is easy to popularize.
