The applications and the limitations of multi-channel parallel sampling technology in high-speed data acquisition systems are presented; then we introduce a method to measure the timing skew of the multi-channel sampling system. Secondly, a new method to calibrate the timing skew, which can improve the performance of multi-channel parallel sampling systems, is proposed. Finally, this method is simulated and proved to be feasible and excellent.
