This paper presents a calculation mehod of storage life for cholinesterase enzyme which is a reagent to detect organophosphorus and carbaminate pesticides or toxicants by the biochemtical method. A relational expression of the storage life to the storage temperature is obtained. This calculation method is simple, rapid, practical and reliable.
