This paper analyzes the influence of the inversive receiver on the chracteristics of the clutter and the ratio of the signal power and the noise power ,discusses the effective detection method of the target signal in correlated clutter,and then puts forward a new method named multi-periods shift accumulation for detecting moving target when not knowing the exact movement parameter.
