In order to improve the efficiency of the data transfer and management in DIS, the framework based on soft Agent of the distributed simulation data management and transfer is presented. The soft Agent technicality has been used in the development of the network interface unit to form the intelligent network interface unit used in the distributed simulation platform. It is easier and more effective to manage the distributed, heterogeneous and integrated environment as well as to promote the simulation speed in every simulation station.
