This article reports a plastic Li-ion battery based on a fluorinated polymer matrix. The mechanism characteristics, liquid uptaking volume and conductivity of the polymer electrolyte separator modified by Nano-SiO2 were studied.Its micro-structure of its were illustrated by SEM microphotographs. Finally, a smart plastic Li-ion battery was assembled using the separator.
