    摘要:

    以自制的单分散的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)微球作为胶体模板,用正硅酸乙酯、水、乙醇、盐酸等配成溶胶,填充在微球间空隙,暴露在空气中24h凝胶、陈化。溶胶的配比为正硅酸乙酯∶水∶乙醇∶盐酸=6∶3∶4∶1(体积比)。然后通过程序升温焙烧去掉单分散的(PMMA)微球,可得有序SiO2大孔材料。程序升温控制的条件是以2℃/min的升温速率升到300℃,恒定5h,再以2℃/min的升温速率升到550℃,恒定10h,再以10℃/min的降温速率降到室温。

    Abstract:

    The ordered macroporous silica was synthesized using PMMA latex sphere colloid crystal as template and sol of tetrarethyl orthosilicate,water,ethanol and hydrochloric acid as filling fluid.The sol was synthesized according to the volume ratio of Si(OEt) 4∶H2O∶EtOH∶HCl=6∶3∶4∶1. The latex spheres were removed by calcinations. Set the temperature program as follows: ramp the temperature at 2℃/min from the room temperature to 300℃, maintain it at 300℃ for 2 hours, ramp the temperature at 2℃/min from 300℃ to 550℃, maintain it at 550℃ for 10 hours, ramp the temperature at 10℃/min from 550℃ to the room temperature.
