A2C2 experiments are introduced, and based on the analysis of data obtained from a series of A2C2 experiments, the relation between organization coordination and organization performance is primarily explored. With the guidance of the conclusions for organization coordination, an algorithm for organizational hierarchical clustering, which is used for Levchuk's three-phase iterative organizational designing, is introduced, and a new thought to improve the algorithm for platform clustering is presented.
