In terms of the formulated finite wavelet filters theory, this paper presented an iterating algorithm for the construction of two-dimensional finite wavelet filter with linear phase. The real unitary and center-symmetry matrices with size of were characterized and an important attribute of wavelet filter produced by the algorithm was proved.
