    摘要:

    采用热压烧结工艺制备了碳纳米管增强氮化铝陶瓷,研究了烧结助剂种类、含量对碳纳米管增强氮化铝陶瓷性能及结构的影响。利用XRD、SEM和TEM等分析测试手段对其相组成,断口形貌和微观结构进行了分析。结果表明,烧结助剂Y2O3+CaF2较YF3+CaF2更能促进碳纳米管增强氮化铝陶瓷致密化,但随烧结助剂Y2O3+CaF2含量的增,碳纳米管增强氮化铝陶瓷致密度提高,而力学、导热性能下降。

    Abstract:

    CNTs/AlN ceramics were fabricated by hot-pressure sintering, and the effect of sintering aids kinds, contents on the microstructure and properties of CNTs/AlN ceramics was investigated. The phase constitution, fracture morphology and microstructure were analyzed by XRD, SEM and TEM. The result shows that sintering aids (Y2O3+CaF2) were more efficient for the densification of CNTs/AlN ceramics than sintering aids (YF3+CaF2). As the contents of sintering aids (Y2O3+CaF2) increased, the density of CNTs/AlN ceramics improved, while the properties of mechanics and thermal-conductivity decreased.
