    摘要:

    针对超高温环境应用需求,采用化学气相渗透工艺(CVI)与先驱体浸渍-裂解工艺(PIP)联用制备了3维碳纤维增强SiC-ZrC基复合材料(C/SiC-ZrC),并研究了SiC含量对C/SiC-ZrC复合材料力学性能、抗氧化性能和抗烧蚀性能的影响。结果表明,随着SiC含量的增加,C/SiC-ZrC复合材料的强度逐渐降低,静态抗氧化性能提高,在氧乙炔焰烧蚀环境下的质量烧蚀率和线烧蚀率先降低后增加。复合材料抗氧化性和抗烧蚀性的变化与氧化和烧蚀过程中生成的SiO2熔体有关。

    Abstract:

    Three-dimensional carbon fiber reinforced SiC-ZrC composites (C/SiC-ZrC) were prepared by chemical vapor infiltration (CVI) combined with precursor infiltration and pyrolysis (PIP) process for ultra high temperature application, and the properties of C/SiC-ZrC composites with different SiC contents were investigated. The results show that with the of increased the SiC content, the flexural strength of the composites decreased gradually, the oxidation properties increased, and the mass loss rate and linear recession rate in oxyacetylene torch environment decreased first and then increased. The changes of the oxidation and ablation properties were caused by the formation of SiO2 glass.
