The thesis suggests a kind of forma1ism of distributed database operations to present how to change the general operations into the loca1 ones. This forma1ism can be used as a tool to describe the transformation between general level operations and local operations，and can a1so be used as the beginning of the distributed program 1anguage or a design tool to realize the operational part of a general D-DBMS.
