This paper discusses the Bayesian method of reliability detection. We deal with two reliability models, i.e.the success-failure model and exponential life model. Reliability detection scheme is given and the probability of two kinds of error are studied. In discussion，we fully noticed the problems appearing in enqineering practice and proposed the way for handling these problems.
