Considering one aspect of complexity, proceeding from the simplest non-linear equations, we study the structural evolution of war pattern and the better cycles of defence funds. From the research of the above two examples, We reveal that the problems of study of critical point of controlled parameter and the grasp of extent of change are of great theoritical significance and extensive prospects of applications.
