In this paper，the effects of a follower jamming on the performance of a delay-lock code tracking loop in a frequency hopping system are analysed. It will cause the average value of the phase error between the reference code and received code to offset，the variance of the phase error to increase，the lost-lock probability of the tracking loop to add，and the error probability to enhance indirectly.
