In this paper，in accordance with FMS characteristic of process flexibilty and path flexibility，the two modelling methods are presented. They are modelling method in parallel and modelling method in standby (cold-standby and warm-standby). The model simplifying rules are also introduced. The main aim of this paper is to provide theoretical evidence for analyzing and evaluating FMS mission reliability.
