This paper proposes the basic concepts and key techniques of Collaborative Simulation in the light of the development and requirement of computer and simulation techniques. It includes modeling methodology, the simulation algorithm, simulation database, and so on. Finally, it proposes a general architecture and implementation for collaborative simulation environment.
