    Abstract:

    An algorithm for the moving emitter passive location and tracking based on TOA and DOA measurements by a single fixed station is given. This algorithm has some great advantages over the extended Kalman filter (EKF). Furthermore,the two improved methods which combine this algorithm with Kalman filter can obtain better location performance. And the results of the computer simulation prove that they're good methods.
