Radar association is a key issue of the electronic counter system now because it can reduce the false and repeat the radar. We present a new radar association method which combines the laws of the occurence of the radar signal and the distribution of the radar feature parameter. The method can recognize all kinds of radar radiating source quickly and accurately. The results of test indicate that the method is effective.
