Researching on the characteristic of TCP flow helps to cognize the complex structure of network and to make use of the resource of network effectively. Referring to the characteristic of TCP flow and analyzing TCP congestion control of additive increase multiplicative decrease and packet out-ordering, we present TCP friendly design of router which accelerates the processing of router.
