Abstract:A remote online information system is described in the paper which is used for plan management with a remote computer network. In the paper a kind of system structure is desigued which provides program transferring and connects a local terminal with remote computer programs. A block diagram is given according to which online program synchronous running is performed. In plan management we presented an algorithm of using old materials to store new ones，analyse rational distributione methods and compare two linear programming algorithms

Abstract:This paper has solved the main problems encountered in using an 8-hit single board computer to accomplish kalman filter. Meanwhile，the single board computer itself has developed and found new applications be cause of its ability to make high precision operations of floating point arithmetic. The paper mainly consists of two parts，that is:(1)simulating experiments on a microcomputer; (2)compiling assembly program and accomplishing kalman filter in the single board computer.

Abstract:Subjected to high axial compressive load and internal pressure，the stiffened waffle cylindrical tankage forms part of the primary structure of missiles and launch vehicles. In this paper every possible failure caused by such structure and an optimum design method is presented. Results of numerical examples by this method indicate that the weight of the structure to decrease by 17.3% as compared with that of the stiffened waffle cylindrical shell made by chemical milling under the same load.
