Abstract:The paper discusses mainly the necessity that new concepts on costs Fc in fau1ty circuit and measures T of faulty testability are introduced in the four va1ues dynamic costs ana1ysis method,based on the literature [10]. And comparing the four Values analysis with the two va1ues analysis of literature [1] comes from the following three aspects: faulties that can't be detected are predicted,efficiency se1ecting patterns of faulty sensitization and assigning line Values,we come to the conclu sion that testability measures defined in the four va1ues ana1ysis are rea1isticer than the two va1ues in an aspects near real digita1 circuits and better in an effects for speeding test generation. In practice has been indicated that when the four va1ues analysis is applied to automatic test generation system ATGS,computer CPU time economized equals three times of the two va1ues.

Abstract:In this paper,the quantitative restraint conditions of choosing scaling factors are derived.On this basis,the contradictory of giving hardly consideration to both the control system’s dynamic and static characteristics is discussed in choosing scaling factors.For this reason,a variable gain fuzzy control method is presented .Through numerical simulation, it is proved that this method is by far better than the fixed gain method in giving consideration to the dynamic and static characteristics. And this method adapts better itself to the variation of the parameters of controlled object than the fixed one.

Abstract:In this paper optimum detection of the weak signal in the non-Gaussian dependent noise is discussed. Under the assumptions that the noise can be expressed as a first-order AR process ni=ρni-1+yi and only marginal distribution of noise samples and dependent coefficient ρare given,if ρ is small,the optimum strueture of memory and memoryless detectors can be respectively obtained by maxmizing the first-order and the seeond-order approximations of efficacy to ρ.

Abstract:Exactly measuring the raw speed is sti1l one of the most important tasks in trajectory measuring. Modern Dopplar radar is of practical use,but there are many weak points in processsing practical datum. This paper uses modern statistical method,called "Robust estimation",to calculate the first speed,the precision of which can be estimated,even in the worst condition by improving the data processing in the raw speed measuring radar. With the same method,the coefficient of resistance can also be determined. The experiments have heen proved to be of these correct conclusions.

Abstract:The viscous shock layer numerical solutions to the hypersonic chemically equilibrium laminar flows are presented. These results are obtained by the spatial marching method. The comparision with the resu1ts of reference 8 is made to assess the accuracy of the present method. This method,which fully couples the governing equations,gives the accurate and stable results. These results are comparedwel1 with those from reference 8. A chemical equilibrium model,whick is based on the Free-Energy-Minimum principle,is used. For this model,it is convenient to choose the species. The steepest descent method is used to make the chemical ecuilibrium model easily implemented.

Abstract:In this paper a new numerical method called kantorovich's method is presented for solving the bending vibration of rectangular plates. The store capacity needed in the computer can be largely reduced by using the method. The examples calculated show that the method has an advantage of a high speed of calculation and high precision. The method is of the bright future.

In this paper,we make a study of another topic in the fuzzy Structure theory. The notion of the fuzzy Subfields is suggested. The Structure problems of the fuzzy subfields on the finite extension fields are discussed in detail Several representatiue theorems which are analogous to those in [2] are obtained. Abstract:In this paper,we first consider a matrix analogue of H?lder's inequality. Furthermore,we obtain a matrix analogue of the arithmetric-geometric-mean inequality. Then we give an affirmative answer to two open questions of R.Bellman.[1] After that,we obtain a matrix analogue of Cauchy-Schwarz inequality and its complementary (or reverse) inequalities. We derive a similar result for nonnegative matrices.

Abstract:A new self-interaction-correction method is presented in which the shells of the same angular quantum number 1 share one self-interaction-corrected potential. The described method keeps the one-electron eigenfunctions of the same 1 in orthogonal to each other. The results of the practical calculations are better than that of the Xa method and the single averaged self-interaction-correction method.

Abstract:In this paper,on the basis of spontaneous radiation spectrum formula of electron,we find out that the spontaneous radiation frequency is consistent with the stimulated radiation frequency derived before. In this way injected electromagnetic wave selected interaction with one of some modes of spontaneous radiation is derived,and stimulated radiation procedure is realized. Furthermore,we arrive naturally at high modes of free electron lasers.

Abstract:In this paper,the solutions of the transient equations of transmission lines with lossless and artitrary loads of input and output are obtained by the method of expansion of time order. This method is simple and the results are obvious. To use this method,some new concepts such as operator admittances. ref1ect coefficients. etc. are introduced. These give the foundation of analysing other problems directly in time domain.
