Abstract:The problem of attitude stability of dual spin sate11ites with flexible appendages is studied in this paper. The model of the flexible dual spin satellite consists of a semirigid platform with a semirigid axisymmetric rotor and n flexible appendages attached to it. The relative energy function of the system is selected as a Liapunov function in terms of the attitude angles and mode coordinates,and the attitude stability criteria is obtained by using the Liapunov stability theorem.

Abstract:The Kane's dynamical model of flexible multibody space systems with tree structure is developed in this paper. The system topology is restricted to a tree configuration,which is defined as an arbitrary set of flexible and rigid bodies connected by hinges characterizing relative translations and rotations of two adjoining bodies. The relative translatioal velocities,angular velocities,and the differential of model coordinates are selected as the generalized velocities. The motion equations of minimum dimension are derived via Kane's method. The resulting equations are suitable for automatic generation,and simulated by computer.

Abstract:This paper presents a synthetic optimal algorithm for determining the equilibrium interfaces under low gravity conditions in the spherical tank with spacers. By means of this algorithm,the interfaces have been investigated in the range of 0.01-300 of bond numbers,0-90 degree of contact angles and 0.01-0.99 of liquid volume fractions. It is confirmed that the algorithm developed in this paper is convergent,efficient and correct.

Abstract:The dynamic fracture model proposed by J. N. Johnson is modified by considering materals work-harding and void nuc1eation. Abstract:Based on the boundary layer theory in this paper,a theoretical model for the coupling problem of two phase boundary layer of gas and droplet has been established. A formula to calculate the minimum velocity of gasflow needed to start the aerodynamic stripping has been obtained for the problem of the aerodynamic stripping,which is a result from the interaction between gas and a droplet surface when the droplet is in a high speed gas flow. This paper could be a useful to the investigation of atomizing mechanism of liquid fuel in high speed gas flow.

Abstract:Using the cubic B-Spline function as interpolation functions of stress and displacement,this paper has solved the bending problem of isotropic and anisotropic plate with modified complement energy principle and newly created kantorovich method.The method has advantages of high precision,rapid convergence and the convenience to deal with various boundary conditions. It has obtained stress solution with the same precision of displacement and does not exhibit locking effect and kinematic deformation mode,and is proved to be an effective method in solving bending problems of plate.

Abstract:This paper presents a new development of the technique of the identification equations of a failure diagnosis using frequency response function (FRF) of the sensitive areas as an observed characteristics quantity (QCQ). It is obtained from sensitivity analysis of the structure. The simualting calculation and experimental analysis of stiffness-type failure diagnosis for an engineering tube are made by Kalman filter iterative algoritm. The results show that the technique has greater accuracy and better antijam capability.

Abstract:At present. monitoring cutting tool wear becomes one of the most important problems to be solved urgently in automatic manufacturing. For this a new monitoring method is proposed using correlation of N dimensional Random Variables and cumulative power sum,namely comprehensively monitoring cutting tool wear and leakage by acquiring the correlation coefficient of vibration accelerations in three mutually perpendicular directions,and the cumulative power sum about torque of spindle or about any vibration acceleration. This method makes greater progress than the ones proposed before in the aspects of reliability and simplicity. So it has a bright future in application area. The theoretical basis of the method is strictly proved and some experimental results are given in this paper.

Abstract:For automatic detection and diagnosis of localized defects in bearings,a new way by means of acoustic emission (AE) analysis is investigated in this paper. Feature of defects is extracted by short-time signal processing techniques,analysed by pattern recognition and evaluated by scattering matrices. The experimental and analysis results show that this new way is better than the vibration analysis method.

Abstract:This paper introduces a basic theory and implementation method of computer graphic simulation for robot tasking. The contents are 3-D geometric modelling for robot body and its environment objects,technology of graphic teaching programming for robot tasking,and making technique for animated cartoon. It is pointed out that some important problem should be taken into account, in designing a robot kinematic simulation system. Abstract:The equipment for on-line measurement of the bore size of a workpiece,is described in this paper. The probe is set up by three inductance sensors,assembled with certain angles. The result of analysis and experiment show that the error of assembling angles between the rods of sensors is the main Cause of the measuring error. The measuring precision is better than ±2μm in the certain case. This equipment is availabe to the monitoring system of machine centres for bore size measuring. In addition,it can also be used for the measuring of eccentricity between the centres of measuring tool and workpiece bore. Abstract:In this paper,we discussed the FPT algorithm of multi-variable polynomial multiplication in detail. Firstly,we give the case of two-variable. Secondary,we generalize it to multi-variable polynomial. At last,we apply it to the computation of the two dimensional cyclic convolution. As a result,this kind of algorithm is efficient in computation of M-D DFTs and M-D convolutions.

Abstract:The UV spectroscopy of dimethylsilane-Diphenylsilane Copolymer has been investigated,and its molecular weight has been related to λmax and ε max. It has also been found that there is an absorption occuring at 325nm,when the concentration of the copolymer is higher than 0.03g/1 approxiately. The absorbance is related to molecular weight and concentration of the copolymer,while the position is unchanged.

Abstract:Spheroidization of flat-shape carbide in mid-carbon steels can be accelerated by concurrent hot working in a rather higher range of temperature under their Acl points. It has been shown that with the help of annealing at the same temperature 1 or 2 hours after the deformation,the carbide grains can be thickened and well-distributed by Ostwald mechanism. At the same time the deformed ferrite matrix can be recrysta11ized as a general rule.

Abstract:The PCS-P miscellanies have been obtained to blend polycarbosilane (PCS) with coal pitch (P). The SiC-C fibers have been obtained by spinning,preoxidation,heat treatment of these PCS-C miscellanies. The resistivity,strength and modulus of these fibers decrease with the increase of the carbon contents. The composites composed of the SiC-C fibers and epoxy resin have good electromagnetic wave absorption properties.
