Abstract:Various methods for the computer aided design of microwave amplifier are outlined in this paper,the LCAD program and its characteristics are presented. Using this program,two microwave amplifiers are designed. They have excellent performance,and have been applied successfully in radar. It shows that the theoretical values are in quite agreement with the experimental values.
Abstract:The practical formulas for Gaussian Beams method are theoretically derived. The properties of Gaussian beams are investigated. The transmissive laws in free space and the reflective laws of Gaussian Beams are mentioned. Also the choice of initial value of the Gaussian Beam and the offset phase for reflection in Gaussian Beams Method are investigated in this paper. These will be very useful in the application of Gaussian Beams Method in three-dimensional structures.
Abstract:The conclusion that the optical fiber ring shaped local area network in the optimal integrated service network in the future has been put forward according to the discussion of the present situation and the tendency of LAN development,the frame structure fit for integrated service switch in LAN has been put forword,a layered description of the communication protocol has been given,the method realizing boundary movement has been put forword,and the software based on the form of messages and tactics of boundary movement has been realized.
Abstract:We discuss the existence condition for the complete recurrence sampling value of m-sequences. It is proved that for m-sequences of order n,the sufficient and necessary conditions that the complete recurrence sampling value exists are that the quotient group G=Zp*/H(p=2n - 1,Zp*={s|(s, p)= l}, H =1,2,22,…,2n-1)is cylcic group,and that the number of the complete recurrence sampling values is n?φ(φ(2n-1)/n). In the end,we give some important characteristics of the complete recurrence sampling of m-se-quences
Abstract:A method for the detection of weak signal in noisy background,called the signature detection,is discussed in this paper. The invariant character of poles is used for our detector. Based on the analysis of the weakness of the traditional schemes of detection,a new idea for the detection of very weak signal is presented. The basic principle of this method and the simulation results are discussed. The experiment results prove that the performance of the method is insensitive to signal-to-noise ratio (SNR).
Abstract:Maneuvering target tracking is an important problem in radar data processing. Several algorithms such as Singer,IE,VD,and IMM algorithms have been studied in the last few years and have been summerized in this paper. The real time constrains have to be considered in application. This paper presents a modified input estimstion (MIE) algorithm and an adaptive α-β algorithm. Both algorithms require a minimum amount of computation. Computer simulation studies have shown the effectiveness of the two algorithms in tracking maneuvering targets.
Abstract:The paper uses the input signa1s designed by the difference sets theory to identify the impu1se response functions of the non1inear system's Hammerstein model. The po1ynomia1 coefficients of the non1inear subsystem have been further obtained. The obtained formu1as are very simple,and the probability of identification results are consistently convergent to their origina1 ones. Some simu1ation results are a1so given in it.

Abstract:The principle of obtaining one dimensional high resolution range profiles(HRRP)of a target is introduced,and a method of target detection and tracking based on HRRP is presented. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that some of the strong scattering centers of the target can be measured with HRRP. By synthetically using the information of strong scattering centers,S/J ratio can be increased and detection or tracking performance can be enhanced. The method proposed here can solve the problem of target detection and tracking under strong ground clutter backgrounds.

Abstract:In the protected address mode, the 80286 CPU has an extented memory addressing capability up to 16 megabytes. By calling the appropriate system BIOS functions, the data block transfer in the protected mode can be realized in a 80286 microcomputer easily. Appling this function to the design of a signal processing system based on a 80286 microcomputer as CPU, we can obtain a system which can effectively perform data acquisition with high speed and enormous volume and parallel processing with multiple DSP acceleration boards. The authors,using this method,have designed and realized successfully a DSP system which has excellent performance.

Abstract:GKDCAS is a practical animation system designed in C-language and based on micro-computer environment. This paper is to present the software stracture of GKDCAS and its design methods and to introduce its functions. An example showing how to make animation with this system is also given.

Abstract:Map and graphic Fire-Fighting C3 system (MGFC3S) is an advanced Fire-Fighting C3 system controlled by a micro-computer system. (MGFC3S) has been implemented in CHINA and actually put into practical use for the first time. The design of the system is based on C3I theory and technology. Using maps at different level,the system has very high performances and powerful functions,with less money than other ones abroad. This paper outlines the overall design ideas and some major technical problems.

Abstract:In this paper,we firstly analyse and compare the relationship and the difference between neurocomputer and traditional computer. Secondly, we survey the international research progresses of the neurocomputer in the recent years in the points of view of software,virtual,and full hardware realizations respectively. Finally,we present our own view on the reason for the development and decay of neural networks and suggest the research direction of the neurocomputer.
Abstract:A fast a1gorithm for computing N×M 2D-DCT(Ⅱ) is deve1oped. The amount of the real operations are:Mu=1/2NMlog2N+1/4MNlog2M,Ad=3/2NMlog2NM-3MN-1/2M2+M+N,where N=2t,M=2r.When N=M,the result is the same as in [5],which is the best result at present. But the algorithm in [5] has instability leading to large errors easily.This limitation has been overcome in the paper. We also derive some algorithms about 2D-DCT,2D-DST,2D-DCST. A fast algorithm about 2D-DFT is developed in particular,the amount of the operations in paper is similar to that in [1] with FPT to calculate 2D-DFT.
Abstract:The secretary problem with backward solicitation has been studied by Yang,Joseph,Petrocceoi,Choe and Bal. The problem is put into snell frame,the relative rank yk is replaced by the relatively best position function. Optimal stopping rules are obtained with differential probability of backward solicitation.
Abstract:Payoff sequence(xn,?n,n≥0)satisfy the stochastic difference equation xn+1=xn+an+bnεn+1,n=0,1,2,…, whereεi,i=l, 2,…,is a white noise sequence. In this paper,we discussed the condition for Snell's envelope of(xn, n≥0)to be approached by using Snell's envelope of finit sequence(xn,0≤n≤N). We have obtained the decomposable representations of Snell's envelope of xn=E(xn︱?nε),n=0,1,2,…,where ?nε=σ(εi,i=0,1,2,…,n),ε0=0. It is proposed that the necessary and sufficient condition for σn=inf (m≥n,rm=Xm) is optimal stopping. At last,we discussed the iterative algorithm for optimal stopping rules and obtained the sufficient condition under which the iterative process can be stopped in finit steps.
Abstract:This paper studies a cone ratio data envelopment analysis model that not only can reflect the relative importance of various inputs (outputs) and the preference for some decision making units but also can purely evaluate the relative technical efficiency of decision making units. This paper put emphasis on discussing the relation between DEA efficiency corresponding to this model and nondominated solution of multiobjective programming and discussing the existence of effective decision making units. The conclusions concerned have been proved.
Abstract:An algorithm for soving ILP problems is given in this paper. According to the optimal simplex tableau of the associate LP,we transform ILP into an indeterminate equation with positive integer coefficients. We then choose a solution,which satisfies the constraint conditions of ILP,from the nonnegative integer solution set of the indeterminate equation as an optimal solution of ILP.
Abstract:Combinational algorithm for C1 rational interpolation function over an arbitrary triangle is described in this paper. The interpolation is a convex combination of two functions. The construction of the interpolation is simple and the calculations involved is convenient. The precision of the interpolation is better than those in [3-4]. Finally,the precision set is obtained,and a calculation example is given.
Abstract:In this paper the sufficient condition for the norm of fundamental units in quadratic function fields being g (g is the primitive element in Fq*) is given. Then we solve the problem about the norms of fundamental units in some real quadratic function fiels.

Abstract:It is a problem of economical benefit how the multi-information for the statistical prediction of minerals is utilized effectively. The complex thought of multi-information is presented and regression analysis,discriminant analysis and integrated prediction is adopted in the paper. So the correct probability of the mineral prediction is raised greatly.
