Abstract:The machining system process monitonig model is built on basis of the kalman filter theory and Auto-Regressive model in this paper. The system process condition can be determined by the parameters variation of the AR-model and the hypothesis testing method of sequential probability ratio test on parameter derivation covariance matrix.

Abstract:The nonlinear dynamic data system (NLDDS) and nonlinear recursive least square (NLRLS)methods are used for modeling,forecasting and control of a piezoelectric actuator with nonlinear hysteresis characteristics in this paper. Neural network is also used for simulation for this purpose. Results of above research show that these methods are feasible and effective.

Abstract:An approach to feature extraction and symbolic representation of the fuel injection pressure waveform of diesel is proposed based on peak dominance relation between peak and trough in this paper. A waveform parsing system with application to structural pattern recognition of the pressure waveform based on the representation is described. The experiments have shown it is effective to the waveform recognition.

Abstract:This paper presents a new automatic compensation system of high tension reactive power,which consists of single-chip microcomputer,high tension capacitor and control device. The power factor measurment is solved by using discrete Fourier transform under the condition of a great deal of harmonics,and using nonlinear control technique,the automatic compensation of reactive power is performed. The measurment and compensation is accurate,and the life of high tension vacuum switch is long. It has been proved in practice that the performance of this system is stable and reliable,and its economical effect is remarkable.

Abstract:In this paper,characteristics of spindle rotation error motion is analysed. A new error compensation scheme based on Time Series Theory is presented. Digital Signal processor TMS32010 is used in compensation system so that complicated control algorithm can be realized on line. The workpiece roundness,after compensation may,reach around 0.4μm,about 35~50% improvement.

Abstract:There are many methods for measuring microdisplacement accurately,but they can not be satisfied in engineering. In this paper,the principle of the resonant method for measuring displacement has been discussed. An experimental method has been put forward. Abstract:The thermal expansion property of NICALON Sic multifilaments reinforced Al preformed wire has been measured in the range of 15-400℃. The thermal expansion processes are made two times for one sample and the expansion curves of the first and second time are different. The averaged thermal expansion coefficients are respectively 3.2×10-6℃-1 and 4.1×10-6℃-1 for the first and second thermal cxpansion processes. The thermal expansion performance has been analysed theoretically and the calculated values are approximately in agreement with the experimental data.

Abstract:This paper gives a general solution of differential equation for solving bending problem of rectangular plates on elastic foundations. It can be used to solve the bending problem of rectangular plates with arbitrary edges under arbitrary load. For example, a square plate with four edges free and loaded a concentrated load at the center is discussed.

Abstract:The gas generator cycle and staged combustion cycle with LO2/RP-1 propellants combination have been analyzed in this paper. Abstract:In this paper,the engineering design approach of manned spacecraft ascent trajectory is described. The mathematical model of control law is selected based on ascent flight property and flight dynamics principle. All the undertermined parameters are determined by using Newton iterative method based on ascent trajectory intermediate and terminal constraint conditions. Its flow chart is given and its correctness is proved by analog computation.

Abstract:This paper is about the study of realization of the target satellite interception method with velocity gain guidance. The characteristics are the following: based on the given conditions of the interceptor's initial motion parameters and the target's trajectory parameters,firstly the predictive point of impact intercepting the target under the influence of J2 item of the earth oblatness is determined,then the interceptor's velocity required during the collision time using Lambert method is decided,at last,the target interception with velocity gain guidance method is realized. A transform condition with higher precision to the terminal guidance by using this method is guaranteed.

Abstract:A new method for separating principal Strains of photoelastic coatings has been presented in this paper. Drilling small holes in the coatings, in directions of principal strains, taking approximately the ratio of fringes at the hole edge equal to the ratio of principal strains,principal strains can be obtained. In the paper, the principle and approximate equation and typical experiment have been researched. The method is visible and simple. It is shown that the method is easy to handle and practical value in engineering.

Abstract:A method of calculating elastic curve for semiflexible plate wind tunnel nozzle has been presented,based on the linear theory of small deflection of beam deformation,in this paper. In light of the match results of curvature between flexible plate calculated and aerodynamic contour,the reasonable arrangment of jacks on the plate,which has an obvious effect on the curvature match,is of vital importance. So the structure designer of flexible nozzle should be cautious of it.
