Abstract:In this paper,the detection and estimation of the fall point for reentry vehicle is studied. In the first,we introduce the concept of addmissible accuracy limit and then give the Bayesian posteori probability ratio odd testing method. For the systematic error of fall point,the Bayesian and constraint Bayesian estimation are discussed. The attention for using prior information is sufficiently mentioned so that the decision making of fall point can be carried out under the condition of small sample number.

Abstract:The electromagnetic construction of the HSST-03 Maglev train in Japan is simply introduced,the fundamental throries and the analysis method are used in this paper. The detailed derivatrion for the main formations of designing the electromagnets has been carried out (such as the calculation of the static magnetic forces and the sizes of the excited coils,etc). The analysis for selecting the main parameters (airgap flux density,electromagnetic length,airgap's length,etc) is also carried out. Based on a11 this,the method and steps for designing the electromagnets of the Maglev train are given. Besides,the curves of the calculation and testing for the 750 kg electromagnets which have been designed with the designing method and steps are given in it.

Abstract:In this paper,based on analysis of parafoil opening properties,two-dimensional opening model of parafoil is presented. canopy radial equation of motion is established. At the same time. parafoil system is assumed to be a two-particle-elastic rod model,then the equation of motion for parafoil system, canopy, and payload is derived. Finally,parameters such as filling time, shock force, inflow velocity, etc. are obtained using computer simulation. The simulation program can be used in some parafoil design.

Abstract:The composition,structure and properties of three kinds of ceramics obtained by the pyro1ysis of po1ysilazane (PSZ) and po1ycarbosi1ane (PC) have been studied. The pyro1ysis of PC to 1250℃ yie1ds Si-C ceramic,which is β-SiC microcrysta1,and the pyro1ysis of PSZ in N2 or NH3 atmosphere yie1ds Si-N-C and Si-N amorphous ceramics respective1y. The three kinds of ceramics were heat-treated between 1300℃ and 1500℃ in Ar gas to examine their therma1 stabi1ity,the result shows that Si-C ceramic changes from microcrysta1 to β-SiC crystalline and Si-N ceramic from amorphous to a-Si3N4,accompained by the observab1e weight loss whi1e Si-N-C ceramic retains its e1ementa1 composition and β-SiC microcrystalline states up to 1500℃.

Abstract:A new sort of spring steel 33SiMnB invented by the authors has been reported briefly. Containing lower carbon content than the traditional spring steels (such as 60Si2Mn),the springs made of the new steel either in case plate section of truck or in round section of railway sleeper appear more comprehensive mechanical properties and implicate higher end product rate and lower consumed power in both rolling and spring-manufacturing processes.

Abstract:When high-speed nucleus comes into high temperature thermal equilibrium plasma,there exists a non-equilibrium relaxation process before the incident nucleus reaches a thermal equilibrium state with plasma if kinetic energy is far greater than the average kinetic energy of charged particles in background plasma. In the relaxation process,the kinetic energy of incident nucleus will be lost individually because of its interaction with background plasma. In this paper,we take high speed Tritium of 3MeV energy incident into high temperature LiD Plasma as an example,The reaction rate parameter of D(t,n)4He reaction in consideration of the non-equilibrium relaxation process of Tritium in the plasma is calculated. In the calculation,the energy losses of Tritium in plasma,caused by Coulomb Scattering Processes of electrons and variousions is considered,and the fast-ion unified slowing down theory in plasma proposed by C. K. Choi et al.is used to calculate the energy loss rate of Tritium. Both the D(t,n)4He reaction of beam-target mechanism in non-equilibrium state and the D(t,n)4He reaction in thermal equilibrium state are considered. Neglecting nuclear scattering and the interference between nuclear scattering and coulomb scattering,the calculated results show that,when the temperature of plasma varies in the range of 7.5KeV~20KeV,the correction factor to reaction rate parameter of D(t,n)4He in thermal equilibrium state caused by the non-equilibrium relaxation process of Tritium in Plasma is in the range of 1.0062~1.0943,and the higher the temperature of plasma is,the smaller the correction factor is. The results also show that,when the temperature of plasma is fixed,the correction factor slightly increases as the particle number density of plasma increases,but the change is not prominent.

Abstract:In the second quantization method we introduce the creation-annihilstion operator bqsm1/2,1/2,l,which is triple tensor of rank(1/2,1/2,1) for Q (quasispin),S (spin),L (orbit angular-momentum),and a triple scalar operatorv (k1,k2,k3) ie constructed by coupling of triple tensor,Y (k1,k2,k3)= ((bb)k1,k2,k3(bb)k1,k2,k3)000, the Y (k1,k2,k3) commutates with Q,S and L,then it can be used to further ciassify the coupled states. By appropriate combining Y(k1,k2,k3) with Q2,S2,L2,the set of operators which can clessify completely f-shell is obtained,and the set of operators which can classify in agreement with those of Recah is also obtained.

Abstract:The p1asma heated by a whistler wave in the magnetic fie1d configuration which is necessary for the formation of sloshing e1ectrons is investigated. Detai1ed measurements of the parameters of the p1asma about the resonance zone are presented. The experiment results show that;(1)there exists a density peak and a temperature peak near the resonance zone;(2)the peaks together with the resonance zone move as B(the magnetic fie1d of the mirror center)changes;(3)the physics mechanism of the p1asma heating is that a lot of e1ectrons absorb the microwave and turn back near the resonance zone.

Abstract:In this paper, the relation among the polynomial in several elements and the period and linear complexity of the clock controlled sequences over the finite field GF(q)(q=pa,P≥2 is a prime number, a≥1 is a positive integer number)is discussed. When the n-pry polynomial g(x1,x2,…,xn) ∈GF(q)[x1,x2,… ,xn] is a polynomial of degree 1, we give the necessary and sufficient condition that the clock controlled sequences get to the maximum period and the maximum linear complexity.

Abstract:In this paper, the problem of minimum-energy control of linear systems determined in terms of two differential operators is investigated. By introducing the reduced-order inverse of the system discussed in this paper,we reveal that the input and output of the system are connected by a integro-differential operator. This operator is used to define the correspondence between the optimal controls and certain generalized splines. Finally,the formulas and the recursive algorithm,similar to those in [l],for the optimal controls and the generalized splines are obtained.

Abstract:This paper turns a discrete Hartley transform (DHT) of length N=N1N2 (N1 is odd) into N1 DHT's of length N2 and some additional operations. The additional operations can also be turned to N2 DHT's of length N1. Therefore,a MIMD parallel Algo-rithm is obtained. If N1 processors are available,M(N2)+1/2N+3/2 N2?2 multiplication steps and A (N2)+1/2N+5/2N2?1 addition steps are enough for computing a DHT of length N=N1N2, where M(N2) and A(N2) represent the number of multiplications and additions for a DHT of length N2 respectively. The efficiency of the parallel algorithm with respect to itself is approximately 1.
