Abstract:The TEM horn for transmitting and receiving narrow pulse or impulse waveform has been discussed in this paper. A novel design concept and calculation method have been presented. According to this concept, a ridged conical TEM horn has been designed and fabricated. The experiment results show that its performance is excellent, so it is very valuable for the study of transient field and ultrawideband (UWB) radar.

Abstract:Artificial neural net models have been studied for years in the hope of achieving human like performance in the field of information processing. In the paper the learning rule of Kohonen self-organizition feature map is modified in order to decrease the fuzziness on the edges of topological neighbours. Then with its associative memory function,we can realize the memory of the features of the input stochastic process, conseqently the detection can be performed. We also describe the mathematical mechanisms of multi-dimentional detection,as its result high-accuracy performance can be derived.

Abstract:The paper presents a 3-D location and tracking algorithm based on the emitter's distance difference between two measurements and azimuth message. The location principle and feasibility of the method are expounded in detail. On condition that an emitter moves linearly at a constant speed, if we can locate and track the emitter only by using azimuth and distance difference without any angle of elevation, the equipment in the receiver will be simplified and the independence of the receiver will be improved as well. Then the algorithm proposed in the paper is of great importance to the practicability of the single observer passive location and tracking system. Performance of this algorithm is evaluated with the help of computer simulation of three typical target paths.

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of a follower jamming on the performance of a delay-lock code tracking loop in a frequency hopping system are analysed. It will cause the average value of the phase error between the reference code and received code to offset, the variance of the phase error to increase, the lost-lock probability of the tracking loop to add,and the error probability to enhance indirectly.

Abstract:In this paper,a high-power Meter band solid broad band High power amplifier with good performance is presented. The problems of theory and practice in design are discussed. In the frequency range of 80 MHz-210MHz,the amplifier gain is more than 50dB. The power output of continuous wave is 100 Watt. The power fluctuation is less than 1 dB. The amplifier can be used as power emission unit in communication, navigation, radar and ECM equipments.

Abstract:After discussing the Problem of modeling C3I systems in detail, this paper proposes a normative approach to modeling C3I systems. A software package based on the modeling approach is developed, which allows the modeling personnel to do their job via interaction with computers. A modeling example is given at the end of the paper.

Abstract:We introduce a NP-complete problem named RHC and prove its NP-complete property in this paper. Secondly,we discuss the complexity any algorithm solving RHC presents by counting the moving times of the tape head on turning machine. The conclution drawn from our analysis shows at least that it is difficult to find an algorithm to solve RHC though the analysis is not a mathematical one, Hence, maybe it needs only time we think,to confirm the analysis.

Abstract:Based on the theory of [10], the propositional temporal logic (PTL) prover has been implemented in Turbo-Prolog and runs on 386 microcomputers. The PTL prover has some original features in dealing with the power of next, induction, resolution, ◇(xΛy), until,The prover's many full-screen facilities make it easy to use. The prover appears to be of reasonable efficiency for most current examples.

Abstract:Many parallel algorithms can be used to invert a non-singular matrix rapidly on mesh. Among them, the iterative method is very important. This paper presents a new parallel iterative algorithm for arbitrary non-singular matrix inverision on mesh. Meeting the requirement of the same precision, new algorithm can reduce the running time for inversion by half in contrast to the typical Newton iterative algorithm on mesh.

Abstract:In this paper,we present an efficient method for task partition and processor scheduling by the method we can divide a set of sequential tasks into many subsets, which can be performed parallel in its processor. Both the communication between the processors approaching to the low critical of the problem, and the balance of the load in processor are good.

Abstract:This paper introduces the application of Distributed Artificial Intelligence (DAI) techniques in the assessment of the military situation. Distributed expert system workstation (DESW) is a problem-solving framework for the multi-agent intelligent system. In this paper, we describe mainly the system organiration structure agent concept model and cooperative reasoning model of DESW for modeling the problem-solving behaviors of the multi-agent.

Abstract:The Record-addressable random access file (RARA) is a new-type file in FOR-TRAN. It combines the advantages of the sequential and direct files, and provides a more efficient means for the users in their record unequal in length in the random access file. In this paper,we not only introduce the way to use RARA file, but also discuss the problems in implementation.

Abstract:This paper is concerned with the control problem of linear systems with part uncertain parameters under a bounded energy noise-the parameter robust control. The flight control of airplane with a precise model under an uncertain information condition of aerodynamic parameters, is a typical example. At first we simplify it into a scaled H∞ control problem, and then deduce a solvability condition and give an explicit expression of the complete solution set for the parameter robust control problem by J-lossless factorization method.

Abstract:The author of this paper comprehensively utilizes the sequential analytics and Bayesian approaches in accuraey assessment and test project design of the strategic missile, then presents a sequential Bayesian decision method. Both the decision loss and testing cost are considered in the loss function of sequential Bayesian decision. Therefore, by taking account of the assessment approach and test approach, the author gives the optimal assessment approach and test project.

Abstract:The chamber-nozzle subsonic-transonic flowfield of solid rocket motor is computed by time-dependent method. The governing equations are numerically solved by MacCormack explicit scheme. The parameters of boundary points are calculated with physical boundary conditions and characteristic equations on the reference plane. It is shown that the numerical integral steps that have got to convergence for chamber-nozzle flowfield computation are much more than those for transonic nozzle flowfield calculation. Although the Mach number distribution along the wall and axis for chamber-nozzle flowfield is similar to that for transonic nozzle flowfield, the iso-Mach number line distribution doesn't agree with the transonic nozzle flowfield.

Abstract:In this paper, the dynamical behaviour of the van der Pol oscillator with the negative feedback is studied based on the nonlinear dynamics and the feedback control theory. The local stability and Hopf bifurcation behaviour are analysed by the center-manifold method and formal-Series method. The calculation results are brought about by Runge-Kutta method.

Abstract:This paper gives a brief account of the history of non-standard analgsis and introduces the hyper-real system, the nonstandard representation of deriate. We illustrate that the proof of mathematical proposition by nonstandard methods is simpler and more directly perceived through the senses than standard methods. In the last part of the paper, we introduce the loeb probability space, the integral in respect to p as *-finite summation and point out that the probability theory is radically elementary.
