Abstract:Multisensor information fusion (MIF) has received a widespread attention and has been applied to a lot of research fields in recent years. Its theory and methods have become an important research area of intelligent information processing. In this paper,the basic principles of MIF are discussed. The system structures of MIF are studied from the viewpoints of information manifestation levels and function differentiation respectively. Then the concrete methods adopted in MIF and their applications are introduced and analysed hierarchically. Finally the existing crucial problems are pointed out and the research trends are also emphasized.
Abstract:A method is presented for the computation of the temperature fields of the surfaces of satellite and its decoy. The temperature differences between satellite and its decoy are discussed. The significant use of the differences for ATR of point target is mentioned too.

Abstract:From viewpoint that the hardware and the software of special 3D terrain system must be designed by ourselves, we discuss the architecture,key techniques and their realization of a typical high speed 3D terrain system in this paper. First of all we select high speed processor INTEL i860 as kernel of the system. Then we design a special unit called' allocating tree' to solve the contention and bottleneck problem caused by mutil-tunnel outputs. Thirdly,we realize the hardware Z-buffer algorithm,by which visible surface determination can be sped. Lastly,we use mutil-frame buffer technique to support high refresh of mutil tunnels and mutil drawing bodies.

Abstract:In this paper, an inverse filtering and pitch synchronous analysing method of estimating glottal waveform of voiced speech is presented. In accordance with the requirements of speech study. Reliable glottal waveform of voiced speech, can be provided by the method. This paper describes and discusses the principles and realization of the method.
Abstract:A 8mm wave multimode conical feedhorn with a step of radius has been developed. Its mode ratios are calculated and the formulas of its radiation patterns in two principle planes-H plane and E plane, the voltage standing wave ratio (VSWE),and the properties of beamwidth and sidelobe are given. Theoretical analysis and measurements show that in the range of frequency of 34.lGHz to 35.5GHz,its radiation patterns have been equalized in amplitude within 13dB and no sidelobe exists within 23dB.

Abstract:Subreflector blockage causes the side lobe level of litlle aperture cassegrain antenna to rise. In order to solve the problem,an optimization-correction method is presented. The method optimizes aperture distribution and corrects the shapes of dual reflector. A 8mm lower sidelobe cassegrain antenna is designed. The experimental result is in agreement with the theory computation.
Abstract:In the raster scanning radar display system,the simulation of afterglow effect in the random scanning radar display system is an important unsolved problem in up-to-date radars. This article introduces a new type of radar display system in raster scanning mechanism as well as the method to realise ofterglow effect. Based on the theory of Pseudo-random sequence, the simulation of afterglow effect in the random scanning radar is accomplished and a perfect simulation effect will therefore be achieved by means of using a shift memory to create a random address generator,using a high-speed read-only memory (PROM) to trace data,and perform the reading,revising and writing process on video memory (VRAM) so as to decrease the video data progressively.

Specific discussion covers the implementation of “double image memory”,the interface to image processor,and the displaying on monitor with primitive or processed image. TMS34010GSP used in this system as a video controller improves performance tremendously.
Abstract:The semantic tableaux given in the book‘An Introduction to Mathematical Logic and Type Theory: To Truth Through Proof’by Andrews is a refutation method which can be directly used for sentence sets. Nevertheless,the soundness and completeness theorem (3201) of the semantic tableaux method and the proving process are incorrect. In this paper, we illustrate and correct the mistake. In addition, we prove the revised theorem of the soundness and completeness.

In this paper,we discuss an animate-based courseware we designed and implemented,the Cache working principle teaching system made up of four parts: Cache working process module;address mapping module;LRU replacing algorithm module;and LRU hardware implementation. The details of design methods,human-machine interface and implementation technology are presented in this paper.
Abstract:The techniques of the optimized multi-variable function generator (MVFG) are introduced in this paper,including quick function interpolation,elimination of redundant search of break point,and the strategy of quich search of break point. Practice shows that the MVFG is much more efficient than the other common MVFG. The time spent on multi-variable function generation is reduced by 50%.
Abstract:This paper discusses the exceptional phenomeina for using kalman filter in usual engineering practice. At first, we start from detection of the anomaly of filtering to construct the algorithm for adaptive setimation. Then,for decay mamory filtering,We give an adaptive estimation of decay factor. About the dynamic model and observational model with unknown noise statistics,We design ML-estimation with recursive algorithm. Some approaches of constructing adaptive filtering are also considered at the same time.
Abstract:One of the greatest impact dispersion is caused by zero roll-rate for spinning missiles during their re-entry flights. The mechanism of roll-rate through zero is analysed. The altitude of zero roll-rate for including roll damping influence and the impact dispersion as a result of zero roll-rate are formulaed. Finally,we compare six degrees of freedom simulation results of ballistic re-entry missiles motion with the computing results of approximate formula. The comparison shows the feasibility of the approximate analysis.

Abstract:In this paper,the elastic constants and damage evolution laws in composite materials are measured directly under one time loading condition with the assistant of micromechanics of composite materials and microcrack damage theory. The obtained results of the axial compression experiments of carbon Epoxy Composite cylinders are reasonable and reliable,and the direct measuring results can be convenicntly used to analyse the mechanical behavior and monitor the internal damage development in practical structure composite materials.
Abstract:This paper is concerned with H∞ state estimation filter problem for linear systems with part of the parameters uncertainty-the parameter robust H∞ estimation problem. It can be simplified to a H∞ state estimation problem for a plant with a scaling parameter δ. We deduce a solvability condition and give an explicit expression of the complete solution set for the robust H∞ filter by J- Lossless factorization method.

Abstract:Polycarbosilane and pitch are the precursors of SiC fiber and carbon fiber Separately. They can be blended into a precursor of a new type of SiC-C fiber. The spinningability of this precursor is related to the properties of poly carbosilane and pitch. So ling as spinningability temperature regions of polycarbosilane and pitch cross each other,there can be a good spinning PC-P blender. It is valuable to the selection of components and blending process.

Abstract:Magnetically levitated vibration isolation (MLVI) is a new technology of active vibration isolation. this first paper gives a general explanation of MLVI. Then taking our successfully developed experimenal device produced successfully as the object,we analyse the mechanism and characteristics of MLVI;and discuss the modelling control-strategy of MLVI systems. And finally we analyse the system behaviors and characteristics of MLVI,draw out the conclusion and simulation results.

Abstract:Pressure-shear waves were produced in Y-cut α quartz crystals by normal impact with their linearly elastic anisotropism. This provided a way to research the response of materials under pressure-shear loading, experimentally. Because of the piezoelectricity of quartz, VISAR technique was used in the experemental measureinent abroad. In our work,Manganin piezoresistive method and electric-magnetic partical velocity method were first adoptes for getting the internal state variation of samples. In our experiment the surfaces of quartz pieces were electroplated with silver lays of 1μm thick by means of magnetic-controlled shoot, which neutralized polarized current and covered polarized electric field. Lonsequently the piezoelectric interference was eliminated.
Abstract:In this paper the approximation rules and the structures of orthogonal polynomials have been studied and a practical method and its algorithms of a class of data processing problems have been obtained. In dealing with the above problems. it is easier to calculate by our methods and with more accurate results at that. The advantages of our methods are ittustrated by theory analysis and simulations.
