Abstract:An approach for analyzing the effectiveness of C3I systems in the battlefield is presented in this paper. The proposed approach includes modelling,analysis, simulation and data processing methods and techniques. We demonstrate that the effectiveness of C3I systems can be evaluated by properly applying the approach. An canonical example is given as well.
Abstract:This paper extends the ordinary distributed detection model,assuming that the local sensors are allowed to send multi-bits information to the fusion centre,rather than only 1-bit local hard decision. The paper proposes the way to determine the optimal multi-bits information which can sufficiently improve the performance of the detection network. Numerical results show the multi-bits approach is practical.

Abstract:In the paper,The expression of the cost function of the eigenstructure extraction problem is discussed in detail. Through a proper transformation of the expression of the cost funtion,high-order neural network is introduced into the eigenstructure extraction problem. According to the method,the eigenstructure to be extracted is connected with the output of the network directly when the network is stable. The method is simple and direct,and can be used to track the eigenstructure adaptively. It opens a new area for the extraction of the eigenstructure.

Abstract:Radar target recognition is an important aspect of modern radar technology. With the development of radar technology at higher levels and better functions,it is necessary to set up an advanced automatic target recognition system in air-defence. In this paper,according to aircraft's fast and flexible features,a new recognition approach is proposed by using Mellin transform and bispectrum estimation to obtain radar targets' signatures. The nearest-neighbour (NN) alogrithm can be used for classification of radar targets The results of computer stimulation tests show that this approach has better noise proof ability and higher recognition rate.
Abstract:This paper presents a discussion of the influence of coordinate transform on the measurment error of bistatic/multistatic radar system. Quantitative analysis of the influence and relative conclusions are also given in the paper.

Abstract:This paper introduces a diagnostic maintenance system ITMDMS that combines expert system technology with the conventional testing technology. The system includes two kinds of knowledge: one is heuristic shallow knowledge, the other is deep knowledge. They are represented by first-order predicate logic in hierarchy structure. The system takes three steps to accomplish the inference process: (1)shallow inference; (2) deep inference; (3) shallow inference. The knowledge maintenance methods perfect the knowledge of the system in applifìcation. The frame of the system can be used in diagnostic maintenance of any digital system.

Abstract:This paper introduces a Client/Server Computing Environment (CSE),in which prolog and Clips are integrated as two type servers,providing services of Logic deduction on Horn clauses and problem solving on production rules,respectively. Client applications can request the services,using API of CSE with Prolog language and Clips Language. The paper describes the motivation for the design of CSE,and discusses the implementation techniques of CSE,especially,the technique of separating general communication framework with data-dependence services. The paper also shows the applications of CSE.

Abstract:In this paper, based on the basic assumptions of pure bending damage of beams, the elementary equations are drived, in which the definition of bending damage variable is defined by reduction of moment of inertia similar to that of tensile damage variable defined by reduction of loading area, a simple bending damage model is proposed similar to kachanov's tensile damage model. As an example, a bending damage analysis of a beam for creep pure bending is made, the material's constants of the simple bending damage model can be determined in first approximation to kachanov's tensile damage model,the calculating results are compared in good agreement with the results obtained by kachanov's tensile damage model. It shows that the bending damage model is reasonable.

Abstract:The π electron magnetic susceptibility of D2-C76、C2v-and D3-C78、C2-C82、D2-and D2d-C84and C2-C90 is calculated with Gauge invariant molecular orbitals method. The calculation results show that these carbon Cluster molecules have large diamagnetic susceptibility. Thus the π electrons of these molecules have large delocal motion and aromatic character.

Abstract:The method of multiwavelength optical radiation measurements for shock temperatures is described. The shock temperature of 45# steel at the shock pressure of about 230GPa is measured by using optical pyrometer. The measurement results are compared and analyzed.

Abstract:In this paper, We present FPT algorithms and their parallel algorithms for N×N 2D-DFF,where N is any positive integer.Especially we describe the case N=pc in detail (where p is a prime number). As compared to the ordinary column-row algorithm of 2D-DFT,the number of multiplications of the FPT algorithm is reduced about 50%, while the number of additions increases a little.

Abstract:In the paper,We first introduce the definition of the nonstandard hull of a metric space. Many properties of the nonstandard hull are obtained. After that,with the nonstandard method. We describe a few of compact properties in a metric space. Finally with these conclusions,Arzela-Ascoli theorem is proved,and Banach fixed pointed theorem is obtained under the weaker conditions.
