Abstract:Intelligent Manufactusing Technology (IMT) and Intelligent Manufacturing System (IMS) is one of high technology area on which highly industrialized countries pay more attention to develop and explore. In this paper,The basic concepts and principles of IMT and IMS are discussed. The core technology about manufacturing processing modeling and signal analysis,the strategy and methods of control are also discribed from the viewpoints of the intelligent control. Finally an existing example for describing the construction of IMS shows the research trands of this field.

Abstract:The technology of measurement and machining of free surfaces is extensively applied to some industries,e. g. automotive industry and aircraft industry. The integration of measurement and machining is effective in automatization,and it is usually based on 3-D CMM. Stereo vision measurement has the advantage of low cost,high flexibility and having no touch with the measured objects. It has great potential for development. This paper makes analysis of some problems in the integration of stereo vision measurement and machining of free surfaces such as image matching,surface modeling and interface design,and presents the solution as well.

Abstract:In this paper,a common global model and system of condition monitoring and decision has been presented for the flexible manufacturing system on the basis of the characteristics of FMS devices and processes and the requirements for monitoring and diagnosis. This system is composed of several subsystems of distributed multi-sensor,feature extraction, condition expression and classification,global comprehensive decision on fault. Its aims are to try to solve the question of the real-time and in-time monitoring. The practical systems bui1t on the flexible machining systems indicate this model and system is efficient.

Abstract:A conjugate gradient back-propagation (CGBP) algorithm of a multilayered neural network is presented with the theory and methods for nonlinear optimization. Since this learning algorithm needn't compute the second derivative,it is worked out easily. Furthermore,the CGBP belongs to the superlinear convergence algorithm so that the performance of the multilayered neural network is improved in comparison with the general back-propagation algorithm. The identification techniques have been widely applied to the field of the liquid rocket engine (LRE). Because the engine model must have been known before the system identified with traditional mathematical method,the identification method of parameter is extremely restrained in the engine. Based on the neural network conjugate gradient algorithm,the experimental data of a variable thrust rocket engine is presented to the neural network,and a satisfied identification model is obtained in this paper.

Abstract:This paper presents a practical scheme for hardware implementation in accordance with the characteristics of wide distribution,numerous operational parameters and complex structrue in large power devices. The system is designed according to principal-sec-ondary structure. Abstract:In this paper,a computational model for simulating turbulent dispersion of droplets in two-phase flow spray field is presented. Liquid spray size distribution is divided into some droplets groups,which has a initial mass mean diameter differing from each other.All of the droplets in same group have the same diameters,chemical components,temperature and velocity. The droplet turbulent disperse in the same group are considered in the calculation. By comparisons it is demonstrated that calculated result is basically identical with tested result.

Abstract:An on-line surface roughness estimating method based on multisensor fusion via neural networks is presented for the requirement of machine tool intelligent machining. The better estimation of surface roughness can be obtained by the method. The feature selection、dimension compression、normalization and neural networks construction of the method are discussed in this paper. The simulation results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.

Abstract:Neural Networks have been paid more and more attention in robotics owing toits excellent abilities of parallel distributed processing,self-organizing and self-learning. This paper inquire into and analyzes the potential application of BP networks to solve robot manipulator inverse kinematic problem with multi-solutions. The illustrative example shows that the neural network can be trained to generate a fairly accurate solution without costly derivations and programming of the inverse kinematic algorithm.

Abstract:Geomorphologic information database, which is mainly used to memorize and manage the map and geomorphic objects, is an important section of X-2000 high-speed 3D terrain display system. Like other graphic objects,map and geomorphic objects' attributive value has the property of unfixed length, hierarchy and multimedia. It is difficult to describe it with simple data type. On the basis of how to use traditional data model to describe and memorize complicate map and geomorphic objects, this paper makes use of commercial database manage system(ORACLE 5.1B), and full related structure to design and build the Geomorphologic Information Database.

Abstract:The initiation Speculiarity of the solid explosive charges under combined compression-shear loading is investigated in this paper. Two kinds of experiment about compression-shear loading have been carried out,one is the experiment in which compression-shear loading is realised by using the normal impacting quartz,and the possibility of chemical reaction taking place in the charges is analysed according to the movement of different partictcs inside the charge specimens measured dy means of electric-magneti particle velocity method;the other is the experiment in which the loading is realised by means of parallel inslant impact method on the compression-shear gun,and the possibility of charge explosion is observed. The experiments show that when the compression stress is under condition of sub-detonotion,the shear stress combining in the loading will play, a role in sensitization of the charge initiation a more sensitive initiation response of explosive is caused by the compression-shear loading under moderate proportion. Abstract:An expression of electron ring currents of molecule in the presence of a uniform external magnetic field is derived upon the basis of the quantum theory with gauge invariance. A general formulation for magnetic susceptibility is obtained. The susceptibility of C60 and C70 is calculated by using the theory. The quantum ring current theory is compared with the London rign current theory, and the approximation in the London theory is pointed out.

Abstract:Through researching into the independent and dominating set in graph theory, this paper has put forward a concept of independent-dominating set and has expounded and proved the internal relationship among the following three concepts: independent-dominating set, maximal independent set and minimal dominating set. On the basis of arranging the vertices set of a given graph in a reasonable sequence,this paper has given out some optimun solving algorithms with a low complexity O(n3),which has settled satisfactorily and efficiently the solving problem of maximum independent (-dominating) set and minimum (independent-) dominating set in graph theory. The method and the algorithms provided in this paper can certainly be used for reference in studying the problems of graph coloring, covering and matching and so on.

Abstract:In this paper,the method of measuring the in-plane displacement field under an impact loading is proposed and is named dynamic digital speckle pattern interferometry. By means of transient digital image capturing system,the undedeformed and deformed images are both stored directly in frame memory to achieve digital interfering. In the end of the paper,the in-plane displacement solution of a semi-infinite plane model is obtained experimentally,which shows good agreement with that by finite element method.
