Abstract:Some new types of coplanar transmission lines,rectangular microshield coplanar coupled lines [RMCCL],coplanar coupled rectangular microshield lines [CCRML],are proposed for MMIC applications,which are developed from the coplanar coupled lines [CCL],coplanar coupled striphnes [CCS]. The analytic formulas are presented for calculating the quasi-static TEM parameters of these coupled lines by means of exact conformal mappling techniques. Numerical results are also presented to illustrate the properties of these coplanar transmission lines.

Abstract:The ring focus antenna with hyperboloid for the subroutine is reviewed in order to solve the problem of bad VSWR of Cassegrain antenna. The best design formulas of the antenna is given. From the Law of conservation of evergy,a simple formula for calculating its radiation pattern is deduced. The antenna designed on the best design formulas has a good VSWR characteristic.

Abstract:Data association is the key problem in multitarget tracking in the cluttenenvi-ronments. Now the joint probabistic data association (JPDA) algorithms is known as a more effective method,but the cost of computation and memory for this algorithms is always so great that this method coit be wsed in the practical multiple target tracking (MTT) system. Therefore,it is necessary to search for a fast or approximations algorithms for the JPDA. Here we provide a group of algorithms that we have preliminarily proved effective in our relevant subject.

Abstract:Estimating motion parameters and spatial position of object is very important in target tracking and computer vision. The constraint for obtaining 3D motion and coordinates from a monocular image sequence is first presented and proved in this paper. With this contraint,a nonlinear recusive filtering algorithm for estimation 3D motion parameters and 3D spatial position of a point target from monocular images has been proposed.The performance of the proposed technique on simulated image sequence is also involved.

Abstract:Based on a self-organized probabilistic neural network (PNN) paradim, a parallel network can be used to sort data parameters into classes with high sorting accuracy and fragmentation. The PNN implements the statistical Bayesian strategy by computing a joint probability density over all input parameters to match a group of candidate data classes, the sorting is accomplished by assigning the inputs to most likely group with highest probabílity density estimate. Then the prospect of applying the self-organized PNN to ESM pulse data sorting will be shown,and a system including self-organized PNN and pulse repeating interval sorting will be discussed under the limited conditions of the sorting after lots of emulated experiments.

Abstract:In this paper,a method to correct the deqraded polarization scattering matrix with the least Frobenius norm criterion,is presented. Eurthermore, by applying the theory of eigenpolarization, the polarization features of radar targets are abstracted. On the basis of these performances,identification of five Kinds of air croft is investigated. Theresults show that the method of identifying aircrafts is effective and feasible.

Abstract:In this paper we use the Scaled Serial Fraction (SSF) analysis to study the scalaility of three parallel sort algorithms and that of the algorithms on a hypercube architecture. The scalability is a very important metric for predicting the performance of a parallel algorithm of a parallel system if we consider a massively parallel system with thousands of processors. The condition is given under which the three parallel sort algorithms are all scalable and explain the applicability range of each algorithm. We show that by scalability analysis one is able to exhibit the essential properties of parallel sort algorithms in a massively parallel processing environment. Finally the computed results of the scaled serial fraction, the scaled efficiency and the scaled speedup are given.

Abstract:Magnetic suspension flywheels are executing mechanism for spacecraft attitude control,which are supported by magnetic bearing. Based on the summary of the characteristics of magnetic bearing. this paper introduces the working principles of the laboratory model of magnetic suspension flywheel. and it also infers the dynamic equation of magnetic bearing. Besides,this paper introduces the calculating method the crucial parameters in designing magnetic bearing: axial unbalance stiffness,radial stiffness,angular stiffness. Lastly,the passive suspension characteristics of magnetic bearing are analyzed,active suspension control system is designed,and the results of the experiment are given. Some contents involved in this paper are of referential value for other devices supported by magnetic force.

Abstract:In this paper,using diffusion model and {c,h,α} three parameters,we describe nuclear deformation and set up a three-dimension nonlinear Langevin equation. The nuclear deformation motion is simulated with M-C method. The fission fragment mass distributions of highly excited nuclei 198Hg, 21OPo and185Re are calculated,the mean mass,root mean square of the mass variance and the most probable values of the fission fragments are given. The calculated results are in agreement with experimental results qualitatively.

Abstract:The beat frequency system is set up with two sets of Laser frequency stabization schemes using NH2D stark cell under the conditions of no special vibrationproof, thermostatical measurement and cooling the Laser tube by the mechanical pump water. and we proceed with the beat frequeney experiment. The data of the beat frequency are dealt with in real time by computer, and the Laser frequency Locking stabilization is estimated by the Allon square deviation. The results obtained are as follows: The frequency-stabilized stability of system is more than 4×10-10,when the sample time is 1s and 10s respectively. The frequency-stabilized stability of system is more than 1.7×10-9,when the sample time is 100ms,10ms and 1ms respectively. The key technology is given in the paper.

Abstract:One dimensional planar compression-shear loading acting on the materials,which were cohered to the bact of quartz pieces was realized by using Y-cut α quartz crystals with their linearly elastic anisotropic dynamic response nature. Electric-magnetic particle velocity method was adopted to measure the movement of particles on different places in the materials. In the experiments,two-wave construction of compression-shear waves that propagated into the materials were observed clearly,the longitudinal and transverse particle velocity histories reflected fetures of dynamic response of materials under compression-shear loading. These results agreed with that from theoretic estimates on the whole.

Abstract:Base on the classical problem of the theory of optimal stopping--the secretary problem,k-th choice problem is worked out (k managers choose k secretaries). The optimal stopping rule is given,and we proved that the optimal value of probability is the k-th item of Poisson distribution with parameter k, i. e. e-kkk/k!. It confirms the classical secretary problem with first criterion on the other hand.
