Abstract:This paper presents an identification method of deception false targets in bistatic radar system. On the basis of the data correlation algorithm in bistatic radar system,the identifying rules of the real and the false targets are provided. The experimental simulations show that the method is effective to identify the false targets in the condition of EW.

Abstract:An improved method of Stepping-in-Time Procedure to compute the EM impulse response properties of conducting bodies of revolution is provided in this paper. By this method,the two dimensions problem on surface is separated into one dimension problem and the time needed is shortened. It can be applied to large scale bodies target. Using the method,the response waves of conducting sphere under different impulses length and the response wave of ellipsoid of different length are computed and discussed.

Abstract:This paper present a method toimprove the estimation accuracy of a tracking Karlman filter (TKF) by using a multilayed neural network (MNN). Estimation accuracy of the TKF is degraded due to the uncertainties which cannot be expressed by the linear state-space model given priori.. The MNN capable of leaning an arbitrary so that realized a mapping from measurement to the corrections of estimation of TKF. Simullation results show that the estimation accuracy is much improved by using MNN.

Abstract:The key is detection of QRS complex in the analysis of ECG signal. Wavelet transform is used to analyse ECG signal. ECG signal is filted by digital filters,and the QRS complex can be distinguished from noise. baseline drift. and high P or T waves. Adaptive amplitude thresholds are employed to make final determination whether the detected event is a QRS complex. This alogrithm has been used in a microcomputer-based medical instrument-Intelligent Multichannel Analyser(mode GKD-405A) The QRS detection rate is above 98%.

Abstract:The communication traffic in many cases can be expressed with a model similar to client-server (C/S) traffic. Therefore it is necessary to study the buffer tactics for ATM switches under such kind of traffic. Abstract:Evaporation of monomethyl hydrazine(MMH)at high pressure is studied. The MMH droplet radius and temperature at different environmental pressure is computed and compared. The evaporation constant. the number of heat transfer and the number of mass transfer.are considered and computed. The results are identical to the test data. The effect of Lewis number to the limit pressure of evaporation is evaluated. It shows that the evaporation model and compute method are reasonable. The results are important for the analysis of the combustion process in liquid rocket engine. This method may be used to evaluate other fuels.

Abstract:This Paper describes a technique developed to measure the uniaxial compressive stress-strain properties of polymers at the strain rate appropriate to ballistic and impact events over time scales of tens of microseconds using a Dropweight-Camera system. The instrument constructed represents a novel development of existing equipment types. The results obtained from compression testing give stress and strain measurements at strain rates of up to 103s-1 and over a temperature range of 20一200℃. The stress and strain can be independently obtained simultaneously. This dropweight-camera system has the capability of providing direct visualisation simultaneously with stress information of the processes occurring during the deformation and fracture of materials.

Abstract:Integrated optical polarizers have been fabricated by using titanium indiffusion in conjunction with proton exchange. The polarizer consists of Ti-diffused channel waveguide with a short discontinuity fi1led with proton-exchanged waveguide. In this paper we have discussed the measuring methods which were reported in some refernces and proposed a novel design for charactering the integrated optical polarizers. While using this setup the polarizer fabricated in our laboratory exhibited polarization extinction ration of >52.5db.

Abstract:With the Monte Carlo direct simulation method,we simulate the neutron tracks or histories by means of the random nature of the neutron interactions with the medium of shield which is a shell of the sphere made of Iron,and neutrons. are produced by the T(d,n)4He reaction with 300 keV deuteron beam energy. The reflective properties and absorptive properties of neutrons are analysed in the different thickness of the medium of Iron. These explanations and analyses of results have an important value in choosing shield parameters of spheric shell of fast neutron.

Abstract:A compact coaxial shunt,which is assembled in anode seat,is introduced. The active resistance and response time are calibrated to be 2mΩ and 3.2ns,respectively. The shunt has been used to measure intense beam current from vacuum diode of 81-7M-01 Intense Relativistic Electron Beam Accelerator and measurement beam current is about 90kA. This kind of shunt with simple structure is used easily and potential applied in research of material and form of anode and cathode effecting on electron beam currents of vacuum diode.
