Abstract:the orbit models, the calculation methods of sub-satellite and the coverage judgement which take into account the J2 perturbations are given first, and then an iterating methods of designing satellite orbit with repeat ground trace is proposed. The near-circle low earth orbits which repeat after 12、13、14、15 orbits per day are often chosen in designing regional partial coverage constellations, so the heights and the inclination angles of these 4 kinds orbits are listed in the end.

Abstract:This paper applies Newton iterative method to computing basic firing data of ballistic missiles efficiently. In this paper, Newton iterative formula based on deviations of dropping point is deduced and the iterative program is designed, an example is given. Considering the relationship between the convergent speed of the iterative method and the initial value of parameters, the paper brings forward a method, which provides good initial values of parameters by using a reverse interpolation method based on prepared firing tables. The actual practice indicates that the method accelerates iteration rapidly. It is possible to design a standard trajectory of ballistic missiles quickly by using the method presented in this paper.

Abstract:Unsteady three-dimensional thermal analysis model of the chamber wall is used to account for the thermal protection of GO2/kerosene ground test engine and numerical calculation is performed on its water cooling channel wall. The numerical model treats the hot gas flow and coolant flow as one dimensional. The hot gas side heat transfer and the temperature profile in the wall are obtained by finite difference method. The history of the temperature profile is also predicted by the analysis. The effect of the coolant flow rate on the temperature profile is also discussed.

Abstract:Non-uniform beam-like structures have been widely used in engineering structures to achieve an optimal distribution of strength, stiffness and modes of vibration to satisfy design requirements. In this paper, a new asymptotic method for the analysis of these systems is presented. The linear partial differential equation which governs the response of the beam and the inhomogeneous boundary conditions have been put into a state space form. Choosing the small parameterεas a perturbation parameter, the asymptotic solutions are determined by the state space technique. Numerical examples are provided to illustrate the efficiency of the method.

Abstract:A two-dimensional TVD scheme with second order accuracy in space and time is used to simulate the horizontal relative motion flowfield between wedges. Grid-embedding technique is applied to calculate the unsteady flowfield. This technique simplifies the construction of computational grids about complex geometries and allows relative motion between embedded grids.

Abstract:In this paper, we research on spatial scatter of preformed fragmentary steel shell under detonation driving. Four different explosive charges are considered. In order to abtain a parallel fragment spatial scattering pattern, there are special requirements on the geometry of the shell and the initial velocities of the fragments. These requirements have been discussed in detail in the paper.

Abstract:This paper presents a high speed test generation method specifically for very large scale combination circuit and full scan-designed circuit. This method is used together with the finite backtracing test pattern generation method to generate test code, and then simulates to validate the fault covering by means of single fault propogating method with n (machine word) test code parallelised. The mode for test generation and fault simulation is n to 1 tight coupled integrating mode. With testing the method with 10 benchmark circuits, the result is good for low test pattern length, high fault coverage and high efficiency.

Abstract:In this paper, the application of wavelet transform in image de-noise is studied. Via thresholding operation in wavelet domain of image, it can reduce noise effectively, and at the same time, with a little loss of image detail. Detail discussion of this wavelet thresholding method is presented in this paper, and some methods of threshold selection are also given. It has been proved that the wavelet thresholding technology is an effective method for image de-noise.

Abstract:A multi-scale wavelet-based algorithm for detecting and locating corners in 2D images is proposed. First using Zero-Crossing-Based 2D Edge Detector we can get the two-value edge graph; after edge linking and giving each planar curve its orientation space representation we can get the orientation curves. Based on the multi-scale wavelet transform of the orientation curves we can utilize the information of local maximum positions to detect and locate the corners. Experimental results with some synthetic and real images show that this algorithm has high precision and stability of the corner detection and location.

Abstract:A new algorithms of digital modulation recognition is presented in this article. Artificial neural networks (ANNs) are used to recognize digital modulation in this approach, which is suitable for digital modulation types including 2ASK, 4ASK, 2FSK, 4FSK, 2PSK, 4PSK. ANNs approach can automatically chose the threshold for each feature. It not only makes the classification intelligible, but also improves the success rate of classification.

Abstract:This paper deals with the reliability model set of three-state component. From the static viewpoint, there are two kinds of models: (1) success, degraded, failure; (2) success, failurel, failure 2. From the dynamic viewpoint, we can give the unified reliability model of three-state component with six parameters (λ1λ2λ3μ1μ2μ3) when the failure rate and the maintenance cate are constant. Moreover, we can compute the probabilities of three states at any time t.

Abstract:Calculating Top-Event failure probability is an important aspect of non-coherent FTA (Fault Tree Analysis). Because of the complexity of non-coherent system, all existing algorithms can't satisfy the requirements of exactness and speediness in application. In this article, we adopt a new algorithm for calculating Top-Event failure probability of non-coherent fault tree, which is based on BDD to decompose Top-Event of the fault tree and avoid seeking PIS and the smallest cover of PIS. So the new algorithm provides a new method for solving the NP problem effectively.

Abstract:It's helpful for extracting sea information to research into the random sea wave spectrum. In the paper, we describe a random sea state model and analyze three kinds of frequency spectrum function which are used to calculate wave amplitude in the model. Under different sea wind conditions (e.g.speed and direction of the wind), simulation and comparison are made to test the model. The result of the simulation shows that the model has a good reflection of hydrodynamic feature of the random sea state and that we can use it to get a nice spatial realization of the random sea state.
